Instructions For Poster Presenters

1. The poster session will be held during lunch on Thurs, Oct 16th and Friday, Oct. 17th. You may get your display ready on Weds, October 15th from 6pm – 7:00pm, and also during morning before the session and at the morning break Thursday, October 16th

2. The space allocated for your poster is 48” wide x 48” long (4feet x 4feet). Please note that any poster larger than these measurements will not be accepted. We will leave the posters up until the end of the conference at approximately noon on Saturday, October 18th.

3. On Friday, October 17th during the Gala Dinner at the Monterey Aquarium, we will be presenting an award for the best posters - this will at 8:30pm in the main hall entrance. If you are participating in the contest, please plan on being in attendance at the Gala Dinner at this time.

Journal of Molecular Recognition

Please note that a special issue of the Journal of Molecular Recognition (JMR) will accept manuscripts from attendees for a peer-review process. For more details, see the JMR page.
