Instructions For Poster Presenters

One large Poster session will be organized on Friday, May 14th afternoon.

Three short poster sessions will be held during lunch on Wednesday, May 12th, Thursday, May 13th and Saturday, May 15th.

The space allocated for your poster is 80 cm wide x 120 cm long (~2.6 feet x 4 feet).

Please note that any poster larger than these measurements will not be accepted.

We will leave the posters up until the end of the conference at approximately 18:00 on Saturday, May 15th.

Poster Contest for the best posters

On Friday, May 14th during the Gala Dinner, we will be presenting an award for the best posters.

If you are participating in the contest, please plan on being in attendance at the Gala Dinner.
